Only currently enrolled John Jay students with a valid John Jay College email address can reserve rooms.
You can make reservations up to 2 days in advance.
Each student or group may reserve up to 2 times per day. Using multiple names to exceed this limit may result in loss of access.
Rooms A & B: Check in at the Reference Desk on the upper level.
Individual Study Rooms numbered 1, 2, 3 and 4: Check in at the Reference Desk on the upper level.
Rooms C, D & E: Check in at the Circulation Desk on the lower level.
Have your confirmation email ready when you arrive.
If no one checks in within 15 minutes of the reservation start time, the room becomes available to others on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can’t make it? Use the cancellation link in your confirmation email so someone else can book the space.
Food and drink are not permitted.
Individual Study Rooms (rooms numbered 1, 2, 3 and 4) are for use by one student at a time.
Zoom or phone calls in the Individual Study Rooms should be done quietly.
The group study rooms were upgraded with funding from the Student Technology Fee.
